Keith Silvester
Keith Silvester is an integrative psychosynthesis therapist, trainer, and supervisor. Psychosynthesis was developed by Roberto Assagioli, an Italian analyst, who had strong associations with Jung.
Qualifying originally at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London in 1990, Keith has run the counselling service at the Central School of Speech and Drama, and been training director of the Psychosynthesis Trust in London where he now remains on the training faculty. He was also Chair of the Humanistic and Integrative College of UKCP for many years and is currently President of European Federation for Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy.
He has held a lifelong interest in the Alexander Technique, qualifying in 2013 as a practitioner.
