Robert Mark is an Alumn of the Berklee College of Music (Boston, USA) and Drummers Collective in New York City. Further studies in percussion and drumset brought him to Cuba, Brazil and Ghana. For 40 years Robert Mark has been working as a drummer, percussionist and educator on the Swiss scene, teaching drumset, percussion and ensembles at the Zürich Music School as well as several High Schools and Colleges. For many years he has been educating future drum teachers as a professor for drum didactics at several Universities of the Arts. Presently Robert Mark plays with his band JOURNEYS. They have toured in Switzerland and Europe, as well as the USA, China and Hong Kong.
